Prescriptions

For all medication refills, please call the office or request via ESD Patient Portal. For ADD/ADHD medications such as Ritalin, Adderall, and Concerta please call at least 24 hours in advance. Please have the following information ready:

• the patient's name
• the patient's phone number
• name of medication, and dose to be refilled along with directions
• the name of the pharmacy
• the phone number of the pharmacy

Remember, non-urgent prescription requests can also be made via the internet through ESD Patient Portal. This can save you time and help to cut down on busy phone lines. Visit ESD Patient Portal to make your requests electronically.
