Check-Ups
"Check-Ups" play a very important role in maintaining your child's health. These visits enable us to evaluate growth and development as well as address any of your concerns. At ESD, we highly recommend well infant/child/adolescent visits regardless of how many times we see a patient for ill visits. (Routine physicals allow us to do a full exam -- as opposed to problem-focused exams which may be performed at ill visits.)
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

Immunizations
Immunizations play an important role in keeping your child healthy. The recommendations for childhood immunizations are continually evolving. Our office follows the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics in timing and administration of immunizations. We feel strongly that all children should be immunized and would be happy to address any concerns regarding risks and benefits during any office visit.
