Kristen Kellogg, APRN-CNP

Nurse practitioner Kristen grew up in Cincinnati. She attended Ursuline Academy for high school and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Xavier University in 2014, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She spent 9 years working as a float nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, caring for children who were admitted to both general and intensive care units. In 2022, during her time at Children’s, she earned her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. She has a special interest in nutrition and wellness, and decided to begin her career as a nurse practitioner working in medical weight management with adults. She spent a year learning in this role, but realized that her heart is truly in pediatrics, which led her to join ESD in 2024.

Coming from a diverse family herself, Kristen strives to provide culturally aware and sensitive care. She travels to rural Guatemala annually for a medical service project, where she and her team partner with the local community in hopes of improving access to care while actively promoting sustainability and healthcare capacity building.

She currently lives in Cincinnati with her husband and two goldendoodles. She enjoys reading, cooking, exercising, walking and cuddling with her pups, and quality time with family and friends.

Kristen sees patients at both the Milford and Hyde Park locations. She is board-certified by the AANP.
